Managed to get a CD on ebay for $2 so waiting to see how that works out. Ran out of Free Credits on MOG so couldn't play any more.
Yeah, but only RARELY does she sound like that (high vocal range)....most of the time, no. I think the piano helps form that "Kate" picture in my head as much as the vocals do. I think she could do more of the raspy if she wanted...and still it would not sound affected / forced. I hope she's around for a while and puts out a bunch of stuff!!
But, but, but, ...... she does sound like Kate in that. I thought she was going to break out into "Oh England My Lion Heart" at about 4:05. I sit corrected and humbled by your analogy. Thanks for introducing her to me.
Ed, check out her other tracks. She's got more to offer. I swear, in one song she performs, she is Kate!! I'll have to upload that one.

Kate Bush is one of the few artists I call a favorite. This woman is very good and I liked the song, but she's an alto with limited upper range ability. Kate is a soprano with a much low range ability. Sadly she is no where near Kate's upper registers. Kate can make your ears bleed while you smile & dance and then give you that husky babooshka wolf growl that.....well you get the idea. This gal can only make me smile.
I kind of appreciate Kate Bush but I wouldn't go as far as really liking her otherwise I'd probably have more than 2 albums of her stuff. With just this song I think Anna has some serious chops. Is there an album available? I haven't found anything yet.
She has a really interesting vocal range....sometimes I swear she's Kate Bush, and other times there is not even a resemblance.
