- About Me
- I am the president of WyWires, LLC. I started this venture officially in March 2010. Been an audionut since the age of about 12 and it's in my genes since my father was a manufacturer of HiFi equipment back in the late 40's, early 50's in the former Jugoslavia and also in Chile. My first system was a pair of KLH 23 speakers, a Kenwood receiver and an Akai turntable that I listened to while in college and for several years after. As finanaces allowed, I started upgrading. My first serious speaker was a pair of VMPS super towers. Later I upgraded the reciever to Nikko separates. I lived happily with that for several years until a co-worker showed me her Conrad Johnson PV2a preamp that was for sale. It was all downhill after that.
- My Audio System
- Marten Form speakers, EAR 534 power amp, EAR 868 full function preamp, Zesto Audio Andros 1 tube phono stage, Esoteric SA 60 universal disc player, Sota Cosmos IV with SME V and Benz LP. Other source is a PS Audio DAC Link III fed via WyWires USB cable from a Windows laptop running iTunes. All cables are WyWires.

Leaked at the LAOC Audio Society event on Sunday...WyWires is preparing to be the only US cable manufacturer to incorporate Bybee Technologies' Slipstream Purifiers in its line of analog and digital audio cables. This is a huge step forward as the Slipstream devices add tremendously to the performance of our already excellent cables. A formal announcement via press release will be coming soon.

I was shocked and saddened by the news of Lee's passing. I did not know Lee very well but we did do business together on many occasions. Lee was an honorable man and will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers go out to Lee's family and friends.

WyWires has a new home! We just leased a great office and manufacturing space. Large enough to house 4-5 assembly stations, 2 offices, storage and an 18X22 demo room. Business has exploded over the last 6 months and we all know what happens in the fall. We'll be moving in to our new digs on September 1.
